NuSpark was open for use at noon every day until 9pm. Team access was provided 24/7 via a keycard.
NuSpark provided a unique resource: programming. Using the Lean Launch Pad and the Business Model Canvas, teams were encouraged to use customer discovery to help define the minimum viable product for their new venture. Who knows better what they want in a new product or service than a potential customer? NuSpark staff and volunteers helped teams work through customer inputs.
